Collection. Nationwide, by SC-cleared logistics personnel, scheduled around your working hours, including outside them where clearing equipment during the day is impractical.
Data destruction. Devices are erased to NCSC-approved standards or physically destroyed to BS EN 15713, according to condition and your requirements.
Recycling and resale. Equipment is recycled under WEEE through our own permitted facility. Anything retaining value is assessed for resale.
Documentation. A Certificate of Collection, a Certificate of Data Destruction, an asset register listing each device, and carbon emissions reporting, all held in a secure portal.

One-off collections are accepted with no ongoing contract required, and no obligation to schedule anything further.
UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply in identical terms regardless of business size. Equipment passed to a local recycler, sold privately or kept by departing staff produces no certification and no asset register, leaving nothing to point to if a question is asked later.
Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001, destruction is carried out to BS EN 15713, erasure to NCSC-approved standards, and logistics personnel are screened to BS 7858.
The documentation set is issued once processing is complete and remains available in the portal indefinitely. There is nothing to file internally and nothing to store, which matters for businesses without a compliance function or a document management system.
Where equipment has been resold, the value recovered is confirmed and settled separately from the disposal record, so the compliance documentation and the commercial outcome are not conflated in a single report.
