Our on-site service is designed to satisfy UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, ISO 27001, and Ministry of Justice and FCA expectations for the handling of sensitive information. Destruction is certified to BS EN 15713, the British Standard for secure destruction of confidential material, and our erasure work is carried out with NCSC-approved software as a Blancco Gold Partner.
Personnel are screened to BS 7858 and, where a contract requires it, SC-cleared. We are members of the British Security Industry Association and hold ADISA practitioner qualification. Our quality, environmental and information security systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 respectively.
Evidence Your Auditor Will Accept
Every device processed on site is recorded against its serial number and reconciled to your own asset register. Certificates of Destruction are issued on the day, with video or photographic evidence available where your policy requires witnessed proof. Records are held in our secure client portal, so a request from an auditor, an ICO caseworker or a framework reviewer is answered by a download rather than an email chain.
For multi-site organisations, the portal consolidates every visit across every location into one compliance position rather than a folder of disconnected certificates.
Already Approved To Supply The Public Sector
We hold places on the NHS North of England CPC Total Technology Solutions framework and the Kent County Council PS Y21028 framework. Both were awarded following competitive tender, so trusts, councils and other eligible bodies can appoint us through an existing route rather than running a procurement exercise of their own. The due diligence has already been done by a contracting authority, and it is maintained for as long as we hold the place.

Destroyed material is processed at our Approved Authorised Treatment Facility under WEEE regulations, and every job produces a carbon impact report. For NHS organisations, this supports Evergreen assessment submissions directly. For corporates, it feeds ESG reporting without a separate data-gathering exercise.
