Secure storage bins. Placed on site so write-offs are segregated at the point of assessment rather than accumulating in general storage.
Bulk collections. Scheduled to your throughput rather than to a fixed calendar.
On-site destruction. Available where stock cannot leave the premises, or where a contracting brand requires witnessed destruction.
Inventory-based tracking. What was collected and what was done to it, recorded and reported rather than counted by weight.
Certified erasure. To NCSC-approved standards as a Blancco Gold Partner, where the device supports it.
Physical destruction. To BS EN 15713 where erasure is not appropriate, or where your contract requires media to be destroyed.
Before anything else. Data is dealt with ahead of any assessment for resale or recovery, so nothing holding recoverable data enters a resale route.
Whole units. Assessed for refurbishment and resale where they retain value.
Components. Extracted, inspected and tested for reuse, resale or return to you.
Materials. Anything not recoverable is processed through compliant recycling at our own Approved Authorised Treatment Facility, with a zero-to-landfill objective.
Commercial return. Credits, reduced fees, resale support, trade-in and revenue-share, depending on volume and arrangement.

At the end of retention. Unclaimed and abandoned stock processed and certified once the retention period closes.

Under contract audit. Historical records retrieved from the portal when a manufacturer, retailer or warranty provider asks about a specific unit.
When space runs short. Scheduled bulk collection arranged before storage reaches the point where clearance happens under pressure.
Recovered components. Extracted, inspected and tested parts available for reuse, resale or return, including for equipment the manufacturer no longer supports.
A first collection can be arranged without setting up a schedule, so volumes, recovery outcomes and reporting can be assessed before anything ongoing is agreed. Bin placement and collection frequency are then set from what the first run actually produces rather than from an estimate.
