As part of ongoing business-as-usual disposal requirements, the brief was to process all assets in line with established standards, including BS:15713 and WEEE regulations. The key objectives were clear: Regulatory compliance: Every device required secure data erasure or physical destruction in alignment with the Data Protection Act and European WEEE Regulations. Operational continuity: Disposal activities needed to integrate seamlessly, without disrupting day-to-day business operations. Closed-loop accountability: All processes had to be fully auditable, transparent, and demonstrably compliant. Cost efficiency: The project needed to be delivered at no additional cost to the client. A central element of the solution was the deployment of Concept’s bespoke CRM asset-tracking platform. This portal enabled Eon to monitor each asset throughout its lifecycle—from collection to destruction and final recycling—providing complete visibility and assurance.
