As a business that, at its core, wants to provide the best possible experience to our clients, feedback is key. As part of our ISO9001, 14001 and 27001 Management Systems, we have always sent out Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires with our job reports, transfer notes and certificates of destruction. The feedback garnered was always positive but difficult to communicate to others.
