The two day audit was completed on Thursday 29th and Friday 30th April by Margaret Stanners, the BSI auditor and Concept was supported by our consultants, John Keen of RKMS
This audit was completed at our premises, albeit with Covid precautions.
So a special thankyou to Margaret and John and to everyone’s patience whilst trying to navigate through the Coronavirus and the challenges it has presented.
Mark Wilding says that “Again, this is testament to all the hard work from all our staff to achieve another industry accreditation and the reason we do these is to offer our client’s, complete peace of mind knowing that all our processes are independently audited to a particular standard and none higher than the British Standards or UKAS Accredited ISO Standards”
