Recently Ryan Austin, (left) and Curtis Johnson, (right) have passed their exams and are now qualified fork lift truck operators. After a week-long course both members of staff excelled and both passed with really high marks. Concept Management put training at the heart of the business and currently has a number of Apprentices who are working towards various different NVQs. Concept feels that the best way of running the business is to help their staff members gain as much experience and qualifications as possible in order to improve their opportunities in the future and we wish them well.
